Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel an order, email us at support@dredzstore.com with your order number.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
    • If you cancel an order before dispatch.
    • If you receive a damaged or defective product (with valid proof like photos/videos).
    • If the product is lost in transit.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom 3D printed items, resin art) cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged upon delivery.
  • Used products or items without original packaging are not eligible for refund.

Return Process

  • For eligible returns, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@dredzstore.com with order details and images of the issue.
  • Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and securely packed.
  • Shipping costs for returns (unless defective/damaged) are borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Missing Products

  • If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos. We will verify and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, first check with your bank or payment provider.
